What this site collects
- Nothing by default. Mei Index is a static website. The search box runs in your browser; no query is sent to us.
- Email. If you email us (identification requests, orders), we keep the email and any photos you send to answer you. If you agree, a photo may be added to the database with a credit; we ask first.
- Hosting logs. Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- No analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or advertising pixels at present. If that changes, this page will say so.
Affiliate links
Links marked affiliate go to eBay Partner Network, Amazon Associates and similar programs. When you click one, the retailer may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to this site; we receive no personal data from them, only aggregate commission reports. Retailer privacy policies: eBay, Amazon.
Your rights
Email us to see or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 14 days.
