Prices	Japanese retail price (tax-free for export) + service fee (¥4,000 up to ¥30,000; ¥6,000 up to ¥80,000; 8% above) + actual postage. Quoted in JPY before you pay.
Payment	PayPal, in advance. The quote is valid for 7 days.
Delivery	Shipped within 7 days of payment if in stock (made-to-order items: lead time quoted). EMS or FedEx with tracking. Import duty and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
Returns	Knives are bought new on your instruction and cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage in transit: report within 7 days with photos; we claim on the carrier's insurance and refund or replace.
Cancellation	Free before we buy the item. After purchase, only if the maker accepts a return (rare).
